Refund and Returns Policy

At Optimum Organics, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or use
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition

Non-Returnable Conditions

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds/replacements if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • The packaging is damaged or not in resalable condition

Refund Details

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected
