Refund and Returns Policy

At Optimum Organics, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer guarantees that are protected under Australian Consumer Law. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and issue a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product has not been used, shows no signs of wear and tear, and the packaging is in good condition.

Please note that if the packaging is damaged or the product has been opened or used, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. Additionally:

  • The outward shipping fee will not be included in the refund.

  • A restocking fee of AUD 10 will be deducted from the final refund amount.
